Our mission is to provide the best possible supports to individuals in the SCL and Michelle P. waiver programs by developing meaningful plans of care, with the assistance and contributions of the team of people that affects the lives of the individuals that the agency serves. Choices Unlimited is dedicated to employing the most competent and best well trained staff available, and to continue to provide training and other supports, in order to ensure the highest quality of services to the individuals that the agency provides services to. At all times, and with no exception, the mission of Choices Unlimited is to guarantee that the personal choices of the individuals in its program is the first priority of the agency as a whole, and takes overwhelming precedent above all other concerns beyond the health, safety and welfare of these individuals.
